Refund policy

To make a return or exchange, please contact Customerservice@kavanaughoutdoors.com  You must include

• Order & RMA Number
• Items you wish to return or exchange, new with tags & packaging
• Items you would like substituted

You will receive

• RMA Number, write on outside of package
• Shipping label if applicable
• Further instruction on return process

(Please allow 5-7 business days from time of delivery for returns and exchanges to be completed)

Return and Exchange Policy

• Items have 30 days to be returned or exchanged from time of delivery
• Items flagged with “Free Returns” will receive a free UPS Free Return Shipping Label for the Contiguous United States
• Items without a “Free Returns” flag must be returned at the expense of the customer
• Defective items will be exchanged and will receive a free UPS return label
• Exchanged items will be shipped back to the customer free of charge
• Items must have all tags attached and in like new condition
• Items returned untagged or in used condition will be shipped back at the expense of the customer
